Delaware Department of Education The State of Delaware contracted GroupLynx partner JAED facility Solutions for a statewide assessment of its 200 schools. This assessment included development of facility CAD floor and site plans, an inventory and database of all building equipment and a condition assessment and capital plan. The entire inventory, all CAD plans and assessment information was all brought to the Department's and the 19 Delaware school districts through the statewide "Facility Assessment and Information System." As a part of this system a pilot study was conducted of live security camera linking and monitoring directly to the developed CAD plans. A major success, the pilot proved live remote monitoring was feasible on a statewide basis and plans put in place for future implementation. Click the images for larger view.
